Mastery rank 0-5 = Private

Mastery rank 6-9 = Corporal

Mastery rank 10-12 = Sergeant

Mastery rank 13+ you will be promoted based on:
-overall interaction within clan.
-how helpful you are with lower level clan members.
-contributions to clan/dojo.
